Amanda Wagner told her story. Amanda is the founder of Fast Track Workforce Development Solutions; a consulting firm committed to building a more robust, more inclusive workforce by activating strategy sessions, facilitating sector partnerships, and supporting fund development activities through grant writing and technical assistance support. Amanda works as the COO for Employ Prince George's, a nonprofit workforce development agency connecting at-risk populations to careers in the D.C. metro area. Amanda graduated with a Master's Degree in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson University and enjoys going back for football games with her husband and two children. Her husband Jude is a Managing Partner at Poogan's Hospitality Group, and her son Colton is a second-grader at the Daniel Island School. Her daughter Catherine will start Kindergarten this fall.

Colleen is starting her new business, Beanie's Bake Shoppe. She will have more info in the coming weeks.
