Spreading Easter Cheer
Rotary Club of Daniel Island Delivers Easter Joy to Cainhoy Children
On April 19, the Rotary Club of Daniel Island helped spread Easter cheer by delivering festive Easter baskets to clients of Feeding of the Multitudes during their bi-weekly food drive in Cainhoy.
Partnering with this vital community organization, Rotarians, led by Mary Schroeder, assembled and distributed baskets filled with treats, small gifts, and holiday surprises to brighten the day for local children and families in need.
"Seeing the excitement and smiles on the children's faces was the best reminder of why we do what we do," shared one Rotarian.
Thanks to the collaboration between the Rotary Club of Daniel Island and Feeding of the Multitudes, dozens of families not only received essential food supplies but also a little extra holiday happiness. Sometimes, as they say, the smile says it all.
