Today we heard from Jackie Kohlhepp, Co-Founder + CEO of The Rez Rev. The discussion was focused on the various generations in the US, unique differences, and today’s workforce. There are five unique generations but today she discussed how to engage Gen Z. By the end of this year, Gen Z is projected to overtake Baby Boomers as the largest demographic segment in the US labor force for the first time. This is driven by aging Boomers retiring and more Gen Zers entering the workforce.

Remote work, expectations of companies, and life experiences like the pandemic all affect the perspectives of Gen Z. It’s a changing world and workforce today!
