Gordon McInally, President, Rotary International.

June 12 (Zoom) -- – Gordon McInally, President, Rotary International. Our Club has never had the opportunity to hear from the President of Rotary International. We have routine presentations by our District Governor, but we do not hear from the head of Rotary International unless we go to the annual Rotary International Convention. We are honored that he has chosen to join us this morning. Kudos to Greg Brainerd for encouraging us to think big! Mr. McInally is from Scotland. He grew up in a picturesque seaside area of Edinburgh which juts out into the water of the Firth of Forth. His mother owned and operated a private nursery, his father worked for the firm that makes Glenmorangie whiskies. He met his wife Heather met in their late teens and their relationship blossomed on a trip to Florence, Italy, with a combined choir from their separate schools in Edinburgh. They have been together now for 42 years.
