Tour of New Shifa Free Clinic Facility

Please join us as we take a tour of Shifa Clinic at their new location off of Clements Ferry Road!  As you all know, Shifa Clinic has been one of our Duck Race beneficiaries over the last couple of years, and we are honored they have invited us to take a tour of their new facility.

Founded in 2012, Shifa Free Clinic has grown into a full-time medical clinic providing Primary Care, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Ophthalmology care. It also offers a fully stocked 5-day a week food pantry.

Their new facility  is on Marina Drive just off Clements Ferry Road adjacent to I-526. 

With an anticipated growth of 18% over the coming years, the new facility allows for an expansion of patients in the Charleston area to receive high quality medical care and to participate in hunger prevention programs. Whether you're a potential volunteer, potential donor, know someone in need, or just curious please stop by to see what they are all about. 

The mission of Shifa Clinic is to provide compassionate and high-quality free medical care to uninsured populations across our community in South Carolina regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, or national origin and to put into practice the Islamic teachings of compassion, mercy, and service to humanity. 

Shifa Free Clinic serves the uninsured earning less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.
