July 29 -- Jody Stallings, Teacher to Parent column, Moultrie News. Jody’s columns appear weekly on the Op-Ed page of the Moultrie News. If you have not read them, you should. A lot of his columns focus on parent participation, proper discipline, and the importance of guidance for students from both parents and teachers. He seems unafraid to tell a student that his behavior is criminal, or parents that their actions are the cause of the problem. Refreshing. We might also solicit his thoughts on the impact of closed schools and possible alternatives for returning to school in the fall.
