East Cooper Meals on Wheels delivers daily nutrition to residents within our service area who are homebound or unable to provide their own meals. We also advocate on behalf of recipients whose needs exceed the scope of our program. We serve nutritious meals to all homebound residents east of the Cooper, regardless of age or income. We operate without a waiting list and there is never a charge for meals
